These tables were produced by adding up the numbers that appeared in Tables 1 and 2, counting values which were shown there as ‘.’ as if they were ‘0’. As a result, some of their figures are slightly too small, because they do not include any contribution from values of 1, 2 or 3 that were shown as ‘.’ in Tables 1 and 2.
