We collect records from a number of public bodies and organisations.
We may also accept records of private individuals, families, businesses and other kinds of organisations.

Current storage capacity
As of December 2024, our storage capacity for physical records is almost completely full. It is very unlikely we will be able to accept transfers of physical records at the present time.

Securing more storage space within our archive is a key priority for the organisation, and work is underway to develop our long-term requirements for both:
- physical archive storage
- digital archiving
