Household Projections for Scotland, 2008-based

In June 2012 corrections were made to the projected percentage of people living alone in Scotland (Table 4). The corrections were necessary because errors were found in the calculations for selected rows. These have resulted in changes to the percentages for females (all ages) and all people (all ages) from 2009 to 2033. The percentages have been reduced by a maximum of three per cent. These corrections did not affect the projected household numbers for Scotland, or any local authority area.
