National Library of Scotland holds records deposited by the Stevenson family (their reference Acc.10706), engineers to the Northern Lighthouse Board from 1808 to 1938. Glasgow City Archives holds the records of the Clyde Lighthouses Trust (Glasgow City Archives reference T- CN).
