Note: Life Expectancy estimates by Scottish Index of Multiple Deprivation (SIMD) 2009 have been corrected after an error was found in the income domain of SIMD 2009. This affects the SIMD 2009 income domain and overall SIMD 2009. The corrections are in bullet points 4 and 5 on page 1 and within section 2.2 on page 5. Table 2, Table 3, Table 4 and Table 7 have been changed, as has Figure 2. The impact of correcting this error was small - a change of 0.5 years for some estimates. For further information on this error refer to the  Scottish Index of Multiple Deprivation section of the Scottish Government website.
