The Winter Mortality publications from 2005/06 to 2008/09 can be viewed by clicking on the relevant link below. There is also an occasional paper which contains historical data back to 1989.

Note:

Previous publications were called 'Increased Winter Mortality' and 'Excess Winter Mortality'. Titles have been changed in order to reduce the likelihood of any misunderstandings (ie. somebody reading 'Increased Winter Mortality in Scotland, 2009/10' might wrongly infer that there had been an increase in Winter Mortality in 2009/10.
