New opening hours

From 30 September, NRS public services will be open to customers from 9:00 – 16:00 Monday to Friday.

The change in hours will be introduced on a pilot basis over the winter months. 

There will an opportunity for customers to provide feedback on opening hours from the start of the pilot period.
