General Register House, Princes Street: South elevation, 30 July 1772

Architect Robert Adam designed General Register House with the purpose of housing and protecting Scotland’s written heritage. This elevation shows the south front side at a scale of [1:120] 1 inch = 10 feet. The Lord Clerk Register, Frederick Campbell, signed the plan on 30th July 1772 on behalf of the Register House Trustees.
